There’s no rest for the wicked – or smart technology start-ups, it seems. We’re already well into our stride for 2020, having taken part in the recent UKAA Expo in London. And now we’re preparing for a busy spring period which will see the Klevio team attend no less than three major events focussing on the PropTech sector. Here’s where you can find us…
Short Stay Show
12 March / ExCel London
First up, we’ll be at the Short Stay Show for a second year running, following the event’s successful inaugural edition in 2019. Designed for short let operators and hosts, and centering on trends in hospitality, property and technology, this year’s show has expanded significantly to feature even more exhibitors and special events. They’ve even produced a podcast, which you can listen to here and you can watch how last year’s debut played out here. For anyone planning to attend, we’d love to see you there, so be sure to come and say “hi” – we’ll be at stand 624!

Homebuilding & Renovating Show
26-29 March / NEC Birmingham
Next is the UK’s biggest homebuilding and renovating event which returns for another year in late March, featuring a wide range of talks, seminars, masterclasses, and one-to-one consultations covering everything from plot hunting to interior design to self-builds. For Klevio, it’ll be the first event of its kind that we’ve attended, so we’re particularly excited to see what’s in store. If you’d like to join us, you can grab yourselves two free tickets by clicking on the following link. You’ll find us at stand H170.

PlaceTech: Offices
30 April / Science and Industry Museum, Manchester
Rounding off the spring season, come and hear from some of Manchester’s leading commercial developers, architects, agents and occupiers at this half-day event on the future of the city’s flourishing office market. Topics up for discussion this year include the rise of flexible working, space-as-a-service business models, low energy design, customers’ shifting expectations, and more. Tickets are priced at £78+VAT and include refreshments, lunch and access to a dedicated event app that allows guests to connect with fellow delegates.
